SKORA has devised a simple Trials Manager ideal for working with large groups of participants in a relatively short period of time. If the goal is not to emerge with a winner and runner-up, but rather to identify talent through match-ups, look no further.
The Trials Manager simply ranks players according to the playing level that they have achieved, and creates the opportunity for participants to be matched against other of similar level. This creates a ranking ladder, and enhances level-ups because there will be a level-up available for both players in most instances.
In this format, there is much more emphasis on the lower-level players to give them ample opportunity to prove themselves and float to the top. The more established and higher-ranked player will in the format “sit and wait” for a challenger worthy of the opportunity.
This format is also flexible in the sense that it allows for latecomers to join and for early leavers to withdraw seamlessly without adversely affecting the ultimate outcome.
